Skin Maintenance

Day in and day out you should be following your skincare regimen. Ideally, you should have a schedule on which days you exfoliate, mask, etc. Maintaining proper cleansing standards are important at keeping bacteria and environmental pollutants from building up. Here's a little guide to help.

- Wash pillowcases (1-2 times a week)

- Exfoliate (2-3 times a week)

- Facial regimen (day and night)

- Apply SPF (daily)

- Mask (2-3 times a week)

- Extractions (1-2 times a week)

- Facials (Biweekly - Monthly)

- Chemical peels (1-2 times a month)

- Clean personal makeup brushes (1-2 times a week)

- Exfoliate body (1-2 times a week)

- Facial massage (1-2 times a week)

- Drink (8-10 glasses of water daily)
