1. Please arrive on time for all appointments to maintain proper timing and courteousness for other clients.
2. All service payments are due at the end of each service. A refund regarding a service will only be issued if Demi Cortez agrees to a refund OR is at fault in regards to service. (Demi Cortez is not responsible for after service issues due to client neglect or not following after service directives.)
3. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Debit, all major Credit Cards, Zelle or Cash App and Health Spending/Flex Spending account cards.
4. A 20% non-refundable deposit and debit/credit card is required to book all appointments. The deposit is transferable once for a future appointment if the appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of your appointment time.
**Note** A 20% late fee will be charged to your service for late arrival to your appointment. (You have a 10 minute grace period.)
If you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, Demi Cortez reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment if time doesn't permit for full service.
If Demi Cortez has to reschedule your appointment due to late arrival or arrival exceeds 15 minutes, an additional fee will be assessed totaling 50% of the service booked for the inconvenience.
If you are a NO SHOW for your appointment the FULL SERVICE amount will be charged or due before any future appointments.
For all in-house financed service packages, payment is due on the specified date. Failure to make payment or if payment is declined, the client will have 7 days to make payment before the package is cancelled. After 7 days, future in-house finacing options will not be allowed and the package will be cancelled.
By booking your appointment, you understand that there are no refunds and you will not hold Demi Cortez Medical Esthetics/Demi Cortez Skincare responsible for any chargebacks. Any chargebacks or any payments made to Demi Cortez Medical Esthetics/Demi Cortez Skincare, including payments for appointment deposits, Products and any other service, will be submitted to small claims court of Atlanta, Ga expeditiously.
5. Please limit accompanying guests to just the parties getting serviced at that time.
6. For cancellations please contact Demi Cortez prior to 24 hours of your service time or Cancel your appointment via your service confirmation email. Failure to cancel your appointments correctly will result in a ban on future bookings. If you Do Not Cancel your appointments prior to the 24 hour period allowed, an additional fee will be assessed totaling 50% of the service booked. The fee must be paid before any future appointments.
Failure To Keep Appointments Or Show Up On Time For Appointments Will Result In A Ban Of Future Services. If You Are Banned For Appointment Violations, Any Pre-Paid Services (Including Laser And Skincare Packages) Will Be Forfeited. All Service Sales Are Final Sale And NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
7. Please respect the service environment.
8. No kids allowed in service area.
9. All orders placed will be shipped within 1-5 business days excluding holidays, black friday or special event orders, which the delayed shipping dates will be provided after checkout. Most orders are received within 3-7 business days in the USA after shipping. International orders may take up to 20 days depending on the shipping rate selected during checkout. Some International orders may also be subject to custom charges and other related country taxes which may be due upon arrival of orders.
10. All sales are FINAL in regards to skincare products, bath products and Home Collection products. The Sonic Klēn has a 90 day limited warranty if manufacturing defective. A video of proof must be submitted.
Approved product returns will only be given as an e-gift card. All online order pickups must be picked up within 30 days of order date. Failure to pickup products will result in a loss of funds and products will be returned back to inventory.
11. After 1 NO SHOW or MISSED appointment without notice (Including consultants) you will be blocked from future bookings. Once blocked, you will no longer be able to be serviced by Demi Cortez.
12. All orders can be tracked via the tracking number provided on your shipping email once orders are shipped.
13. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2022 ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OF EACH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD OR HSA/FSA CARD BEING USED FOR SERVICES. I WILL OBTAIN A PHOTO COPY OF THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR CARD NUMBER AND NAME TO VERIFY PROOF OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS BEING PURCHASED. THE DEBIT/CREDIT CARD BEING USED MUST BELONG TO THE INDIVIDUAL BEING SERVICED AND WILL REMAIN IN YOUR FILE.
